Pricing: $5000. includes the space from Friday- Monday/ Tuesday-Thursday to set up and clean up, a dance floor, two porta johns (one flushable/one handicapped), and a hand washing station at the reception site, which can be upgraded to a wedding bathroom trailer for around $1,200. It also includes many outdoor spaces to use on the day of your event, including the porch, front yard, side yard, and wooded ceremony site and garden. On the day of your event, you have use of the space until midnight and two rooms to use the "day of" to get ready. This price includes using the property for bridal portraits and/or engagement shots.
